Seether's opening for Nickelback? But Seether is so much better...

So I saw my ticketmaster email the other day and I saw that Seether was opening for Nickelback. I know Nickelback is hideously popular, but Seether is so much better. I really think Shaun Morgan is one of the best songwriters of all time. Don't get me wrong, Nickelback is a great sex and party band. "Rock Star" was kind of fun and so was "Animals" and "Something in Your Mouth" is a great to strip by, and "Bottoms Up" is a great drinking anthem but Seether just has so much heart. I really seem to feel the music with Seether. "No Jesus Christ" and "Six Gun Quota" always get me going, "fmlyhm" seems like a down and dirty song, but if you really listen there's a hint of sadness to it...loving someone who only wants you for sex. But Nickelback is more popular so they have the headlining spot. The other two bands on the lineup are "My Darkest Days" which wouldn't draw me to a show by themselves but might be worth seeing and "Bush" which I care nothing about. So if the first 2 bands would be My Darkest Days then Seether followed by Bush then Nickelback I could potentially go, leave early, beat traffic and go to work the next morning without feeling exhausted. It's a thought. :) But technically I'd be giving money to Nickelback...
